Dulux Pro DEVFLEX Waterborne Primer is an advanced technology, premium quality, flat waterborne acrylic coating for use as a protective maintenance rust inhibitive direct-to metal primer and finish.

    All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free of oil, grease dirt, mildew, form release agents, curing compounds, efflorescence, loose and flaking paint and other foreign substances.
