Application Description
Proper surface preparation is a must to get the desired finish. New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly.
Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax, etc. before application.
All surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off.
Suitable remedial measured should be taken in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment.
Application Tools
By roller, brush or airless spray (nozzle width between 0.5mm and 0.7mm)
Dilution
For Brilliant White & Pastel Shades dilute up to 40-45% (400-450 ml of water in 1 litre paint), for deep base shades dilute 25-30% (250-300ml of water in 1 litre paint).
Note: Normally two coats of paint are sufficient for complete opacity & desired finish. Deep base shades may require third coat for getting the desired opacity.

1. Preparing the SurfacesEnsure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae
and flaking paint. This can be achieved by brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush followed by
water jetting if required. Fill up all minor cracks and defects with cement and sand mixture
in the ratio 1:3. Avoid application of putty or filling compounds while painting an exterior
surface. Application of one coat of Aquatech Pre-treatment coat is recommended for better
performance of the paint. -
2. StoringObserve label precautions. Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. Prevent unauthorised access. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
