Coverage The spreading capacity of this product will vary considerably according to the roughness and porosity of the surface. On smooth surface of low porosity - 100-120 sq ft/L/coat These figures are only an approximation guide. Due to variation in different surfaces, the coverage may vary. It is recommended to do a coverage trial before finalizing the paint requirement.

Product Description
interior masonry surfaces, both new and previously decorated such as brickwork, plaster,
cement, fibre boards etc. It is specially formulated to give good filling property. Correct
application of primer ensures better quality and durability of the finished coat.
Application Description
Dry Sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes.
Wet sanding should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.
New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly.
Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax etc. before application.
All surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off.
Suitable remedial measures should be taken in case of water seepage/leakage problems.
Fungus affected areas need separate treatment.

By roller, brush or airless spray (nozzle width 0.5mm to 0.7mm)
Dilution
Dilute 2 parts of Interior Sealer A700 with 1 part of clean water by volume.
Note: Excessive dilution from that recommended will result in low coverage and may impact application properties and color.

2. StoringObserve label precautions. Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. Prevent unauthorised access. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
